exterior & villa cleaning
Porches is a small village on the hill east of Lagoa, known for its hand-painted pottery. Below it, the coast at Senhora da Rocha, Albandeira and Marinha holds some of the most sought-after villas in the Algarve.
We clean villas, second homes and holiday lets in and around Porches: windows and glass inside and out, salt and hard-water restoration, render and roof soft-washing, terraces, pool surrounds, driveways, solar and gutters.
Tell us about your property and we will arrange a free survey, usually with a fixed quote within one working day. If you are not in the country, photographs and a video walk-round will get us most of the way there and we will confirm on site before we start.
areas we cover
Not sure if you are close enough? If your property is in or near one of these, we cover it. If it is not listed, ask anyway.
what we clean
Inside and out, frames and tracks included, with hard-water calcário and salt film restored on the panes that have gone past a normal clean.
Low-pressure soft washing that treats algae and staining at the root, rather than blasting the finish off the wall.
Even, stripe-free finishes on stone, tile and calçada, at a pressure each surface will actually tolerate.
Cleaner panels for better output, roofs soft-washed rather than walked on, and gutters cleared before the winter rain.
inside as well
Carpets and rugs, upholstery and sofas, mattresses, one-off deep cleans, regular premium home cleaning and car interiors. Same crew, same written standard, applied inside the property as well as outside it.
